    What is Open Enrollment?

    Open Enrollment is the only opportunity for current benefits-eligible 天美传媒 employees to make changes to benefits elections for 2025 without having a qualifying life event.

    During the Open Enrollment period, you may...

    • make changes to your current coverage, including adding or dropping dependents
    • elect new coverage or cancel existing coverage
    • elect one or both Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) for 2025 (if already participating, you must re-elect FSAs each year!)
    • elect the Health Savings Account (HSA) for 2025 (if already participating, you must re-elect the HSA each year!)

    Do you want your benefits to stay as they are now?

    Consider the following...

    • Do you wish to contribute to a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and/or Health Savings Account (HSA) for 2025?  If yes, you must enter your new annual election(s) via during the Open Enrollment period.

    If your answer to this question is no, you need not take action.

    Do you want to make changes to your current coverage, add/drop coverage, or participate in a FSA/HSA?

    If you would like to make changes to your current coverage, add new coverage, drop existing coverage or participate in a FSA/HSA in 2025 this is your chance!  Log-in to and make your changes during the Open Enrollment period. Remember, FSA/HSA elections do not continue! If you wish to participate in a FSA/HSA for 2025 you must log-in to my.天美传媒 and enter your annual election amount!

    Making Elections Using my.天美传媒

    Before you begin, be sure you have accurate dates of birth and Social Security Numbers for any dependents you will be adding to your coverage.  You will also need your 天美传媒 Employee ID and password to log in to my.天美传媒.

    Watch the video or follow the steps below to make your 2025 elections using . 

     

     

    1. Log in to
    2. Confirm the bar at the top of the page is set to Employee Self Service
    3. Click on the tile that says Open Enrollment
    4. Follow the path of the activity guide on the left
    5. The Welcome page contains important reminders regarding Open Enrollment and a video to walk you through the process
    6. The Current Benefits Summary page allows you to see your current elections at a glance.  You can also change the date to view past and future elections
    7. The Benefits Enrollment page is where you will make any changes to your elections.  Click the box of the plan you want to update and make your new election.
    8. Repeat step 7 for all plans you wish to update
    9. When you are finished, click the green "Submit Enrollment" button
    10. The Benefits Statement page allows you to view a summary of your changes.  Click the "Print View" button in the top right corner of the page for a printable version
    11. The Open Enrollment Summary page contains additional information regarding your election submission

    Remember...

    • Open Enrollment is the only opportunity for current benefits-eligible 天美传媒 employees to make changes to benefits elections for 2025 without having a qualifying life event.
    • If you wish to participate in a FSA/HSA for 2025, you must log-in to my.天美传媒 and enter your annual election amount, even if you've participated in a FSA/HSA previously.

    Federal law requires the following notices to be distributed to participants in the 天美传媒 Methodist University Health & Wellness Plan (the “Plan”).  These notices relate to the health benefits provided under the Plan.
