Alight Solution Health Services

Alight Solution Health Services are available to faculty and staff enrolled in one of the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ medical plans.  The cost of Alight services is paid by ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½. Your health information will not be shared with BCBSTX, your doctor, or anyone else – without your personal consent. Your health information will never be shared with ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½.

Dedman ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ For Lifetime Sports

Dedman ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ for Lifetime Sports provides several free group exercise classes for faculty and staff. These classes are drop-in only classes and are typically offered at lunchtime and in the early evening. Participants will need a Dedman ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ membership to attend these classes. Membership for staff and faculty costs just $10 per month and you may apply for membership at the main desk of Dedman ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½. Parking is available in nearby garages with your ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ parking sticker.

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to provide confidential counseling and referral services for all full-time and part-time benefit-eligible faculty/staff and their eligible dependents

Flu Shots and Information

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ health officials urge students, faculty and staff to take preventive measures to protect their health against the flu. Because flu can spread by contact with people who are ill, ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ health officials recommend getting a flu shot when they become available in the fall.
