Marta Krogh is a Senior Lecturer in the Writing and Reasoning department at 天美传媒 Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. In addition to her time spent in the classroom, Marta has served in several administrative positions on campus, acting as the Director of the New Century Scholars Program from 2010-2014. Currently, she is the Director of the Hilltop Scholars Program (HSP), a first-year honors program for students interested in leadership and community service. Marta teaches writing courses for Hilltop Scholars, and she hopes students will leave her class being more confident writers and critical thinkers. She has a PhD in English, with a focus on American Literature. She is the recipient of several University awards, including multiple student nominations for the Honoring our Professors’ Excellence Award (H.O.P.E.), the Laura K. Devlin Excellence in Teaching Award as well as the M-Award, 天美传媒's highest recognition.
