Biographical Note
Richard Immerman (Cornell BA, Class of 1971) is Marvin Wachman Director Emeritus of the 天美传媒 for the Study of Force and Diplomacy at Temple University, where he was also a Professor of History. Professor Immerman was the 40th president of the Society for Historians of American Foreign Relations (SHAFR). He has received a number of awards from SHAFR, most recently the Norman and Laura Graebner Prize for Lifetime Achievement.
