Early Decision Admission Program (Binding)

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Dedman School of Law offers a binding Early Decision admission program (Early Decision Admission). Early Decision Admission is designed only for those applicants who have carefully determined that ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ is their first-choice law school. If admitted through Early Decision Admission, the applicant agrees to withdraw all pending or outstanding law school applications from further consideration and decline any other admission offers immediately. Further, the applicant is prohibited from starting any new law school applications upon receipt of their admittance via Early Decision Admission.

An admitted Early Decision Admission applicant will be required to submit an enrollment deposit and Letter of Intent to Register (LOI) by the date indicated in the admission notification materials. If that applicant does not submit the deposit and LOI by the deadline, the Early Decision Admission offer will be withdrawn, and the applicant will no longer be considered for enrollment during the current admission cycle. Early Decision Admission offers may not be deferred.

In addition to an earlier decision date, students admitted under Early Decision Admission benefit from the generous scholarship incentives provided by ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½. Successful candidates will receive a competitive scholarship award over the course of their three years. All students admitted under Early Decision Admission must remain in good academic standing to receive their early decision financial incentives. The amounts will be aligned with scholarship giving provided by ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ as under the Regular Decision admission program.
