Eligibility
You are eligible to live with us if you are:
- Enrolled full or part-time as an 天美传媒 upper division (junior or higher) or graduate student.
- Please be aware that living in an 天美传媒 apartment does not satisfy 天美传媒's residency requirement.
Contract Terms
All 天美传媒 apartments are year-long (12-month) contracts beginning July. Short-term contracts or subleasing are not permitted.

The 天美传媒 Residence Life and Student Housing Apartments application for the 2024-2025 cycle is now available! Our apartments are only available to students that will be actively enrolled at 天美传媒 for the 2024-2025 academic year. *Only availability remaining is in Hilltop Heights. Hillcrest Manor, Red Door, and Fourplex are full for the 2024-2025 leasing cycle (as of May 2024).
