Reserving Space in Hughes-Trigg Student 天美传媒
Requesting to hold an event on campus requires you to follow a two-step process in the STABLE software system.

Solicitation
天美传媒 is a private campus and operates with a “no solicitation” policy to prevent uncontrolled access by outside entities to students, faculty, and staff as they live and learn. While solicitation is not explicitly defined in the broader policy, it is defined here as “presence with the intent to garner information, funds, attention, or action from members of the 天美传媒 community”. Examples include (but are not limited to): student ambassadors giving out products, selling goods or services, recruiting for hires, advertising, proselytizing, or surveying for data. An exception to this campus policy is granted through paid reservation of space and resources via the process for External Groups.
天美传媒 Departments may only distribute materials in HTSC (newspapers, magazines, brochures, handbills) with the approval of a Student 天美传媒 and Activities staff member.
