Mental wellbeing is an important part of overal health. There are different ways you can invest in your mental wellbeing. This can include reading a book, taking a walk, taking some time to rest, attending a webinar, enjoying a hobby, or meeting with a counselor. Below are some resources that are available to help with your mental wellbeing.
Magellan is 天美传媒's Employee Assistance program. There are a variety of resources available to benefit eligible employees through the program including:
- Up to 5 sessions/per person/per issue/per year with a licensed professional counselor. This is confidential, and they can refer you to an in network provider if you need more sessions
- Up to 6 sessions with a lifestyle coach for personal improvement, healthy eating, weight loss, etc.
- Up to 3 thirty-minute sessions with a financial counselor

Enjoy a peaceful stroll through the Native Park behind the George W. Bush Presidential Library. This is a 15 acre park focused on environmental conservation and restoration. It is free to visit and open every day. .
