Jeliannys Michelle is a Puerto Rican actress with a BFA in acting from the University of Puerto and a candidate for the MFA in acting from ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Methodist University. Her stage roles include: The Maids, The Crucible, The Cherry Orchard, How I Learned to Drive, Men on Boats. For her, acting and theater is an everyday opportunity to let her voice be heard as a strong Latin woman. She wants to be of service and inspire other women to tell their stories and take space without fear. One day she wants to go back to her Island and create sustainable, expansive work for all the talented Puerto Rican actors who use the stage to fight for Puerto Rico.
