Joshua Plank is joining ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ to pursue a PhD in Chemistry. As a Dallas native, he earned his Bachelors of Biochemistry at UTD and spent a roughly equal amount of time enjoying the local barbeque. After learning about the marvels of conjugated π-bonding systems in his sophmore organic chemistry class, Joshua dedicated the remainder of his undergraduate education studying the synthesis and charachterization of organic semiconductors. As a graduate student, Joshua will be studying techniques for nanolithography and fabrication techniques with a particular interest in 3D printing on the micro- and nano- scales.
